Ioana Dumitru’s expertise focuses on employment issues, collective layouts, strikes and unions, individual and collective labour agreements. She participated in privatisation process of major Romanian companies, preparing due-diligence reports and related contract documentation.
Education
She holds a Degree in Law from the University “Titu Maiorescu” of Bucharest and a Licence en Droit from the University of Orléans, Faculty of Law, Economics and Management. Ioana Dumitru is member of the Bucharest Bar and of the Romanian Bar Association.
