Cristina Alexe has participated in numerous large-scale merger and acquisitions projects in various industries from IT & Telecommunications to Real Estate and Banking, assisting during the bid selection processes, negotiation of transaction instruments, completion and post-completion phases. She also holds extensive experience in investment complex risk assessments providing pre-litigation and post litigation guidance as well. Cristina Alexe has wide-ranging banking and finance experience, including financing from international financial institutions and syndicated loans, asset and property financing projects.
Education
Degree in Law from the University of Bucharest and admitted to the Bucharest Bar and to the Romanian Bar Association. She holds a Ph. D. in Civil Procedure from the University of Bucharest – Faculty of Law granted with the highest distinction summa cum laude.
Authorized Mediator. Training in mediation at the Craiova Pilot Mediation Center with grants from the U.S. Embassy and the Ministry of Justice and from the Bucharest Mediation Center with grants from Union Internationale des Avocats (UIA).
