Adrian Nica has experience in litigation and arbitration, with a special focus on fiscal and customs disputes (VAT, corporate tax, non-resident income tax, royalties and repatriation of profits). He is also dealing with bankruptcy and insolvency cases, resolution of assets and restitution claims.

Adrian Nica holds a Degree in Law from the University of Bucharest and is member of the Bucharest Bar and of the Romanian Bar Association.
