Vlad Neacsu’s expertise concentrates on structuring transactions and acquisitions, real estate projects and on public procurement procedures. His telecommunications & IT practice covers advisory services for the acquisition and supply of computer and communications systems and software, e-commerce and e-banking.
Vlad Neacsu advises on contentious and non-contentious employment legal issues, including in relation to unions and strikes, business transfer and take-overs, collective dismissals, compensation payments and employees restructuring plans.
Education
He holds a Degree in Law from the University of Bucharest and is member of the Bucharest Bar and of the Romanian Bar Association. He also attended the Hague Academy’s Postgraduate Courses in Private Law.
