Florian Nitu advises on a large variety of commercial transactions and corporate finance operations involving public or private companies, equity funds and financial institutions.
As a well-known practitioner in capital markets and securities, Florian Nitu has broad experience in take-over bids, listing and de-listing procedures, securitization, issuance and placement of securities including public and subscription offerings and mergers and acquisitions of publicly held companies.
He acted as legal advisor in a significant number of merger and acquisition projects and in major Romanian and cross border real estate schemes.
Education
Florian Nitu holds a Degree in Law from the University of Bucharest and is admitted to the Bucharest Bar and to the Romanian Bar Association.
