Ernest Popovici is involved in a broad range of corporate and commercial work and has extensive experience in the field of real estate structuring, finance and development, with specific emphasis on foreign investments.
He acted as team coordinator in the most important public to private projects in Romania, either on the side of the Romanian Government or on the side of the investor. He also advised operators and suppliers on a wide variety of telecommunications & IT issues and on public procurements and joint ventures in the technology sector.
Education
Admitted to the Bucharest Bar and to the Romanian Bar Association, Ernest Popovici completed his legal education both in Romanian and French Law, at the University of Bucharest (LL.M in International Business Law) and at the University of Clermond-Ferrand (LL.M in Contract Law).
