Florian Nițu is our Managing Partner.
As Head of the firm’s M&A/Privatization and Real Estate Practices, Florian Nițu is largely recognized as one of the most experienced M&A local legal counsels and has been ranked continuously since 2005 as the No. 1 Real Estate Lawyer in Romania within the most reputed market annual surveys, including by Chambers and Partners and Legal500 etc.
Florian Nițu is also a well-known practitioner in capital markets and securities, being one of the first Romanian lawyers specialized in this field.
Florian has advised the largest international real estate investors and developers present in Romania and has also been involved in the majority of the high profile M&A and capital markets transactions.
Education
Florian Nițu holds a Degree in Law from the University of Bucharest and is admitted to the Bucharest Bar and the Romanian Bar Association.
