Bogdan C. Stoica is Head of the Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals Practice and Co-Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Banking & Finance Practices.
Bogdan C. Stoica has wide experience in advising both public and private companies, private equity funds and strategic investors, in relation to mergers and acquisitions, particularly in fields such as Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals and IT & Telecom. He provided legal assistance in relation to the privatization of several major Romanian state owned companies, acting either for the Romanian Government or on the buy side.
Bogdan is also experienced in banking & finance, acting for corporations, banks and non banking financial institutions on a broad range of lending, investment and credit instruments activities.
International legal directories recognized Bogdan for his “impressive ability to find solutions”, “excellent practice and market knowledge” and for “diligence, expertise and solution-oriented-approach”.
Education
Bogdan C. Stoica holds a Degree in Law from the University of Bucharest and is member of the Bucharest Bar and of the Romanian Bar Association. Bogdan also attended the Romanian Banking Institute Courses in Private Law.
