Cristina Alexe has participated in numerous large-scale mergers and acquisitions projects in various industries from IT & Communications to Real Estate and Banking, assisting during the bid selection processes, negotiation of transaction instruments, completion and post-completion phases. She also holds extensive experience in investment complex risk assessments providing pre-litigation and post litigation guidance as well.
Education
Cristina Alexe holds a Degree in Law from the University of Bucharest and is admitted to the Bucharest Bar and to the Romanian Bar Association. She also holds a Ph. D. in Civil Procedure from the University of Bucharest, granted with the highest distinction summa cum laude.
