Cristian Popescu specializes in corporate and commercial matters, in mergers and acquisitions, with a special focus on IT, Healthcare, Real estate and Agriculture projects.
Cristian is regularly advising clients on all aspects regarding registration and protection of trademarks, patents and domain names.
Education
Cristian Popescu holds a Degree in Law from the “Universitatea de Vest” of Timișoara, a LL.M in Business Law from the University of Bucharest and is member of the Bucharest Bar and of the Romanian Bar Association. Cristian is admitted as IP counselor within Romanian Patents and Trademarks Office (OSIM). He also graduated the Postgraduate program in Public Procurement Law from the National Institute for Administration.
