Elena Minculescu’s expertise focuses on real estate development and project finance. She is also advising on corporate and commercial matters.

Education

Elena Minculescu completed a double education in Romanian and European law, at the University of Bucharest (Law Degree) and at Collège Juridique Franco-Roumain D’Etudes Européennes (Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne). She also holds a LL.M in European, International and Compared Law from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole and is member of the Bucharest Bar and of the Romanian Bar Association.
