Popovici Nitu & Asociatii and Danescu & Asociatii have announced today their merger, effective with April 1, 2010.
The merger has put together more than 20 litigation lawyers with extensive experience in virtually all types of dispute resolution matters and a number of six litigation practice specialized sub-groups were formed including on: Commercial Claims, Property Disputes, Regulatory & Public Procedures, Tax Litigation, IP & Copyright Disputes, and International Arbitration.

Corin Danescu, the founder and name partner of Danescu & Asociatii, will become a Senior Partner with Popovici Nitu & Asociatii and will co-head the merged-in Litigation Practice.
