Former Head Legal Counsel of Bucharest Stock Exchange has joined Popovici & Asociatii

Alina Constantinescu formerly Head Legal Counsel with the Bucharest Stock Exchange has recently joined Popovici & Asociatii as “Of counsel” to develop the Banking, Finance and Capital Markets Practice by bringing to the firm her extensive knowledge in Capital Markets & Securities, Corporate & Commercial and Acquisitions. She holds a degree in law from the University of Bucharest, having also acted for many years as lecturer in commercial law with Universitatea Ecologica. She speaks Romanian and English.
